Notice of Termination of Funding Availability
As of June 1, 2009, the New York State Housing Trust Fund Corporation (HTFC) will no longer accept applications for funding under the Small Projects Program. The HTFC is taking this action in order to prevent applicants from expending time and resources preparing applications for these two programs, which are currently oversubscribed. It is anticipated, subject to confirmation in a future Notice of Funding Availability, that the HTFC will resume accepting such funding applications in January of 2010.
Please be advised that applications received by the HTFC on or before June 1, 2009, will continue to be reviewed by HTFC for a funding determination.
